We know that Yoga isn't for everyone, which is why we've developed our own 'Yoga & Stretch' and short 20-30 min class that targets the key areas, hips, glutes, ,shoulders, back, neck and also helps strengthen your core. There's no 'OMMing' or 'AHHing' in this class, so if Yoga isn't your thing, don't worry, you'll love this!
