Your training plan is 100% customized to your availability. Whether you have just 30 minutes a day or more time on weekends, your plan will fit around your dynamic availability.
All coaching calls are recorded, so if you miss one, you can catch up at any time!
Everything is online, so you can be anywhere, your training is delivered through an online training calendar called Humango, which is really easy for you to use.
Your training exports to your sports watch and Zwift, and automatically imports for analysis once your workout is complete.
Building our community and creating friendships through our shared goals and shared juggling of life and training is key to our winter training group. You'll never feel alone!
We'll share races and meet-ups around the UK where possible, and have a chat about training and racing during the weekly calls, so you never need to sit on your questions.
Your training can be planned and measured by Heart Rate, Power or by Rate of Perceived Exertion (how it feels).
You’ll need access to a bike, a place to run, and ideally a pool. We’ll help you adapt your training if access to these is limited during winter.
If you've got a heart rate monitor, a sports watch and a turbo trainer then your training will be even more specific.
We also prescribe training by power for running and cycling, so if you've got power meters, then great! But don't worry if you haven't.
No! Beginners are encouraged! We'll teach you everything you need to know.
Whether you’re a beginner or have done triathlons before, we tailor the plan to your level based on your answers to the athlete questionnaire.
