Our life coaching offer is led by Gemma Dobson, our Triathlon Coach but also and most importantly for you, a qualified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Business Mentor—with years of experience coaching athletes and ambitious individuals through life’s many hats.

Gemma gets it—she’s been the athlete, the mum, the overwhelmed entrepreneur.
She’s also a British Age Group Triathlete, so she knows the mental game that endurance sport demands. She’s also experienced the burn out, the overwhelm, self-doubt and imposter syndrome and worked through it.

You’ll have the chance to work with her on:
